The final word on the chuck muth Elizabeth Halseth affair

March 21, 2013

What The Chuck happened?!? Don’t forget, chuck muth named Halseth the #1 Conservative in Nevada. After all, muth gushed, “Elizabeth Halseth. She’s young. She’s attractive. She’s intelligent… She’s also a fire-breathing conservative! How could a relationship steeped in such unbridled admiration have soured so drastically?

It has barely been two years since chuck muth was falling all over himself praising Elizabeth Halselth as Nevada’s ‘Number One Conservative’. High praise indeed from the self-proclaimed protector of all things conservative (except of course for his push for a new services  tax and promoting gay marriage).

Surely chuck muth, the famed “campaign doctor” and “professional political consultant with 17.5 years of experience”  knows a rocked ribbed conservative when he sees one. So how did muth go from Halseth’s leading fan to an obsessive Halseth detractor? As Paul Harvey used to say, stay tuned for the rest of the story.

A talented, albeit neophyte, politician falls victim to a political snake oil salesman. After initially falling for his hard sell tactics, she quickly realizes that he is much more of a liability than an asset and she decides to end the relationship.

Unfortunately, chuck muth has a very poor track record of ending political relationships, and he would be damned if Elizabeth Halselth was going to leave him. If he couldn’t be part of her political career, then he would do everything possible to destroy it.

While the confidential details of the Senator’s personal life were ready made fodder for a confidant turned turncoat like muth, the real reason for his over-the-top venom towards Senator Halselth is not much more complicated than this:

Chuck Muth felt spurned. This rejection turned to anger. An enraged chuck  muth become a relentless cyber bully. It was chuck muth’s obsessive harassment that Halseth says led to her resignation (a  resignation incidentally which gave liberals control of the Nevada State Senate by one seat).

And now you know…the rest of the story.

The boy who cried RINO gets served

December 28, 2011

So chuck muth is in a real difficult spot. It seems his ‘coloring outside the lines’ has finally caught up with him and he is calling on the “Tea Party” and “Republicans who love liberty” to come to his aid.

He just sent out another spam e-mail from Citizen Overreach with the following headline:

URGENT: HELP US FIGHT BACK AGAINST THE MOST PARTISAN, ANTI-CONSERVATIVE, SECRETARY OF STATE IN NEVADA HISTORY! Help us shove the First Amendment right down Ross Miller’s throat!

The really ironic thing is he may actually have a legitimate beef, Nevada’s Secretary of State may be the most anti-conservative SOS in Nevada state history, but chuck is such a bipolar political hack that nobody cares.

Chuck Muth has repeatedly burned the Tea Party (remember his attacks on Sharron Angle?) and establishment Republicans (hello Bill Raggio!) not to mention the damage he’s done to his own political allies (Elizabeth Halseth, Ed Goedhart, Richard McArthur, etc.)

The biggest problem for chuck muth right now is that he has burned too many bridges (or tried too hard to sell them).

WTC?!? – Is chuck muth secretly pushing Nevada service tax?

November 28, 2011

In a developing story idiotmuth.com can confirm that chuck muth has been aggressively attempting to lobby the biggest names in the mining and gaming industry in Nevada.

Why would chuck muth be reaching out to mining & gaming? Two reasons:

1) They have money, and chuck always attempts to worm his way into other people’s money (remember the Mt. Reagan scam?).

2) Muth thinks he can promise them cover with the tax pledge signers if a brand new service and/or gross receipts tax is introduced in 2013.

You see by using chuck muth’s twisted logic you can argue that as long as the “overall tax burden is the same”, then it’s okay to introduce NEW TAXES on someone else.

“Campaign Doctor” may be in hot water for political malpractice

November 23, 2011

chuck muth is the self-proclaimed “campaign doctor” and while muth’s part-time political consultanting might be an enjoyable pastime for him, it’s downright dangerous for his “patients”.

Even though chuck muth’s own failure as a political candidate and consultant is very well documented, muth continues to bully his way into others’ political campaigns which more often than not end in disastrous results (see MUTH KISS OF DEATH).

chuck muth is kind of like that insurance salesman from groundhog day who ends up selling the policy only because he’s so annoying, not because he is competent.

Richard McArthur is the latest victim of chuck muth’s political malpractice. You will recall chuck recently had his panties in a wad because Michael Roberson and the State Senate Caucus have completely stopped listening to him.

Of course you knew that could only be half the story. The punch line is chuck muth seems to be working on McArthur’s campaign, but he didn’t disclose it when he was “reporting” on twitter. What’s worse, chuck muth used a non-profit to ‘help’ McArthur and the non-profit should not even legally be involved with political campaigns!

The whole incident was documented by Orrin Johnson (muth’s intellectual superior and non comment deleting conservative blogger). If you care to see the gory details of muth’s latest idiotic incident click here to be taken directly to Orrin’s blog.

What the chuck?!?

October 19, 2011

File this entry under “talking out both sides of his muth”. Nobody is better, er worse, at double-speak than Nevada political parasite chuck muth.

The most recent Bipolar Chuck sighting happened a couple of weeks ago while muth was talking smack on his award whining blog, muthtruths.com.

Surprisingly someone actually took the time to respond to one of his off-the-mark rants and muth deleted their comments. The vast majority of chuck muth’s blog posts get zero responses, yet when he finally does get some responses he inexplicably deletes them?!?

Oh, but it gets even better. Jon Ralston got wind of muth’s blog censorship and called chuck muth out on twitter for being a ”pathological liar” and “bully”.

Muth (whose man-crush on Ralston is well documented) was so excited just to be identified by Jon Ralston as a pathological liar (even though Ralston didn’t mention chuck by name) that he reposted Ralston’s comments under “Ralston Watch”.

Yes, chuck muth was so proud to correctly be identified as a pathological liar that he actually reposted Ralston’s tweet on muth’s 1/2 truths. Self-incrimination, brilliant!

Remember, chuck muth has repeatedly called Jon Ralston “well-respected” and “admired”, so by his own admission he has to give weight to Jon Ralston’s observation that chuck muth is a pathological liar.

My guess is that everybody who cares already knows chuck muth is a pathological liar, if they don’t it is certainly easy enough to document.

Chuck asks Ralston on date…again

July 26, 2011

More bi-polar babble today in the most recent ‘muth1/2 truth’.

Something about being displeased with a Jon Ralston’s article for praising the governor of Nevada for signing a balanced budget without any new taxes.

Honestly, the point of the post isn’t important, or even coherent. It was however interesting to see muth propose another ‘date night’ with Jon Ralston so the two of them could figure it out over dinner. Muth said:

…Or maybe they should just outsource the project to me and Jon and let the two of us do it unilaterally over a steak and a Lowenbrau (do they even still make that?). Yeah, that’s the ticket.

It appears muth’s man crush on Jon Ralston is in full bloom … Not that there’s anything wrong with that.

Muth vs. Muth: Extending Sunset Taxes

June 13, 2011

Welcome to Muth vs. Muth (first of many). It’s a simple game really, in fact it’s so amazingly easy to play you could dedicate an entire blog to Chuck Muth going back on his ‘principles’. Since Muth actually has no principles, the game is almost ruined for lack of challenge.

Nevertheless; here goes, three quotes from Bipolar Chuck. Best two out three wins.

Quote #1 – “In a worst-case scenario, Thursday’s Supreme Court ruling might – MIGHT – result in around $400 million that needs to be subtracted from the amended budget the governor proposed earlier this month …. In other words, even in the worst-case scenario, there is still NO NEED TO EXTEND THE SUNSETS!” OPPOSES

Quote #2 – “And while this might get me tossed out of the Vast Right-Wing Conspiracy, be it known that I’m not about to give the Democrats and their allies the satisfaction of seeing me toss Gov. Sandoval under the bus if he feels compelled by extraordinary circumstances to extend the sunsets.” SUPPORTS

Quote #3 – “I know some of you are going to call Gov. Sandoval a sell-out and a RINO. That’s fine. I understand. But if you go to war with Brian Sandoval over this (extending sunset taxes), just know that I’ll be on the governor’s side.” SUPPORTS

Final Score by split decision: Two points for extending Sunset Taxes. One point for not extending Sunsets Taxes. The winner, and still the reigning champion of bipolar babble, Chuck Muth!
